30-day returns

Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us by replying to any email we send you (our support inbox opens with orders) with your order number and we'll send the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Holiday gifts

Orders placed from November 1 to December 24, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027.

Damaged, defective, missing pieces or wrong items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send the missing parts, replace the item or refund it, including shipping. You won't need to send it back.

Opened kits

We can't take change-of-mind returns of build or craft kits once the inner bags are opened, because we can't resell them. Missing or broken pieces are always covered.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you pay return shipping. For our mistakes or defects, we do.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Gift sets can be returned in part; we refund that item's share of the set price.
