Christmas order-by dates

Ships from	Order by (for Dec 24)	Delivery after dispatch
US warehouse	December 14	2–6 business days after dispatch
Overseas supplier	November 30	7–14 business days after dispatch

Each product page shows where it ships from and its own order-by date. Gift sets that mix warehouses use the earlier date. Orders after these dates are welcome, but we can't promise arrival before December 25.

Where we ship

All 50 US states. Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes can take longer.

Cost

Shipping is charged per item, shown on each product page, and added at checkout before you pay.

Timing

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. If we can't ship within the time we stated, we'll email you before then with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund, as the FTC Mail Order Rule requires.

Gift orders

You can ship to a different address than your billing address. Packing slips don't show prices.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or an item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll reship or refund.

Duties and taxes

Prices include any import duties. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
