Terms of service

Effective October 2026. These terms apply to purchases from Brightloot, operated by Ziaire Anderson, Plainfield, Indiana.

Orders

We accept your order when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Multi-buy and gift-set savings are calculated from our everyday prices. Sales tax is added where required.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy and Returns policy are part of these terms.

Age grading and safe use

Follow the age grade and warnings on each product and in the box. Build kits contain small parts and are for ages 14+.

Warranty

Apart from our return commitments and warranties required by law, products are provided "as is." Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

The laws of the operator's state (Plainfield, Indiana) apply, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
